Key Lime Pie


1 can sweetined condensed milk

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup lime juice(can be found on the juice isle at walmart)

1 cup cool whip(8 oz carton)

graham cracker pie shell



Beat together milk, sour cream, lime juice, and cool whip. Pour into pie shell-Refrigerate

Beautiful Day

Its a beautiful day outside!!!!!!!! Not a cloud in the bright blue sky! Sam and I are doing well. Gas prices are hurting but that's for everyone. I hope that this message finds all who read it happy and well!! I can't believe that its almost October already!!! Time goes so fast sometimes. I love Halloween, I can't wait to decorate for it and give out candy!! I have my fall stuff out but for me it really does'nt feel like fall until we are well into October!! Take care everyone!!!

We just got word that amanda's water broke!! We are gonna be an aunt and an uncle really soon!! Our hearts are with you amanda!!! We love you!!!!

Rainy day!!!!

Just another rainy day in VA!! Sam and I braved the rain earlier and went to the store. The shelves were empty and there were employees everywhere trying to restock. I didn't even know the Food Lion had that many employees!!! The rain is supposed to be stopping soon. Maybe we will have some real rainbows out there!! Not much is new with us. Sam is still on night work and that is kinda boring for us. I have been working on financial aid forms for school my sister is going to come and help me with a few questions before I send them in. I really feel good about it. I really want this. I have changed my mind about what I want to do. I really think I am going to go for computer networking. I think I have a better shot at getting a good job with all the companies we have up in Richmond. Chloe is fine she has just been relaxing which is what she does best!!!! I can't believe it is so close to time for the baby!!!! Time has really flown!!! I don't know if Amanda would agree with that or not. I'm just excited about being an aunt :) The crib looks adorable!! Well I am gonna close for now. I hope this finds everyone happy and in good spirits.

Hi all!!!

Sorry that it has been so long. There really has not been much going on. Sam has been on night work so that has been kinda hard and lonely for both of us but you do what ya have to. I'm still looking at going to school. I really think that would be good for me and dad is going to try to get me a membership at the gym which I am really excited about. Other than that not much else is going on. I will write more soon. I promise.

Another Lazy Sunday

Hi everyone!! Its another lazy Sunday here in good ole Hopewell. Sam starts his night work today all the way up in Doswell!!! He is cat napping right now and I just wanted right a few words to say that all is well here :)

Hi all!!!

Sam went back into work last night and he came in this afternoon exhausted he is sleeping right now. He is going on night work all the way in Doswell for a whole month!!! I hope the gas prices come down. They are supposed to be reimbursing him. Not much is going on with me. I went for a walk earlier the heat wasn't too bad. I might hit the pool later!! All is well here. Talk to ya later!!!

Today has been a good day just messing around the house. I just wanted to drop a few lines to say hi to anyone who may read this!!! Oh and by the way I made the jalapeno pepper pickles on sunday!!! They turned out really good!!!! Not much else is going on with us. Take care!!

Look who caught the flowers!! (It was planned!!!) Ben got the garter slung at him and like a week or two after that the boys sent Shawna and I out so they could get the ring :) They were married this April. It was a special day :) Ben was the best man and on sams right if you are looking at the sunglasses picture.

Whats going on today

Hey everyone I hope this finds everyone happy!!! I have been handling a lot business this week. I am really excited about it. The best thing is that I am going to apply for a grant to go to JTCC, to become a substance abuse assistant. If I can get it I think that it would be a good thing for me. I have a lot to share with people who have substance problems/mental illness. Another thing that is going on is that I have gotten hooked on smoothies!! My mom got me a smoothie maker for christmas and I finally broke it out a week ago and its amazing what some fresh fruit, milk, nonfat vanilla yougert and ice can do!!! If you have never had one you need to try it especially homemade because you can control the fat and calories better!! Well, I'm gonna go for now and get ready sams having a short day today so we are going to the store to pick up some things!! Take care till next time :)

hey its me again. not much is going on. i lost my cell phone a few days ago so, I have sams during the day if anyone needs me. chloe is so cute she thinks that the coats that her grandma brought sam are her new bed. she actually came out for them and that is saying a lot. i miss having ya'll around. we had a lot of fun despite the heat. well, i am going to run for now we miss and love everyone!!!!
